  Absolutely amazing. We loved our stay. The cabin was so comfortable and cozy. It is decorated and furnished with attention to detail. The bed and sofa were extremely comfy. It was immaculate and fresh upon our arrival, and there was even nice relaxing music playing on the sound system when we arrived. The area is isolated and private. Very quiet, except for the soothing splash of a small waterfall about 100ft. into the forest behind our cabin. Nice large shower and Jacuzzi that fits two. I appreciated that it was a true log cabin, not some wood structure with fake log facade. I'll miss relaxing on the porch swing smoking my cigar, while listening to the waterfall.

  Wanting a few days to just relax this is the place. The cabin is awesome...very clean and equipped with everything a person would need. Nothing like getting up in the morning and watching the deer right off your cabin porch. Owner's are super nice. Definitely will be returning to visit again and again.

  I wanted to love this place. The views are beautiful but that's where the good ends. We arrived a little after 3pm (check-in is @ 2pm) and our cabin was not ready for check-in. The caretaker Erin said the maid had quit that day so she was cleaning it and she could discount our stay for the inconvenience. She said it would take about 45 minutes and suggested we drive into town for lunch or something. However we had just finished a 5 hour drive and getting back in the truck was the last thing i wanted to do. So we instead walked around the woods around the cabin. It was almost 4:30 before it was ready and upon seeing that we were still outside said "well i THOUGHT you were going downtown" NOT my problem YOU were not ready for your guests. Check out time is 11am , you knew someone was checking in that day and you didn't bother to start cleaning until 3pm? The cabin had only been half-a$$ed cleaned. The sheets were dirty, there was trash & food underneath the chair & couch, the extra blankets had just been thrown into the closets without even being folded and the worst part was the scum that came out of the jets of the whirlpool. There were MASSIVE piles of dog crap all round the walkways of the cabin and there was not a single piece of dry wood for the fireplace in the cabin. Severely disappointed in the state of the cabin. Not to mention we did not receive a discount for the inconvenience or filth. The owners should reconsider letting their daughter run the place before the damage is too far done to make the cabins rentable.

• Review of "Arkansas White River Cabins" at Eureka Springs

  My husband and I just left from staying at the White River Cabins. I can't say enough good things about this place! The views are breathtaking! We had a gorgeous view of the river with an awesome drop off! We were even able to watch the sun set off the back deck. The cabin was extremely clean and there were more than enough dishes and towels to accommodate our stay. Honestly it feels so homey and I can't wait to bring our friends back with us as this was a two bedroom cabin! The owners were so friendly and even offered to pick us up from our kayak stop off the river and return us to our vehicle. This alone was so helpful! If I were being SUPER picky I would have liked some extra blankets. But I'm always cold! You won't find a prettier, cleaner, more accommodating place for the cost! Money and time well spent! We can't wait to come back!
